Biography
Cassandra Carroll was born in Elizabethtown, KY in 2000. She graduated with her Bachelor’s in Fine Arts in the year 2022. Art has always been consistently present within her life from Creative Writing and Performance to Visual Art, which is now her focus. She is an illustrator and Textile Artist. She was a member of the Organization of Murray Art Students, OMAS, for two years. She has been immersed in Elizabethtown Kentucky’s historical societies for well over 10 years. Cassandra is currently employed with the Brown Pusey House and branching out her expertise to Louisville, Kentucky historical and art sites while completing her Master in Arts Administration. Her most recent work involves researching and curating hand-woven artwork at the Little Loomhouse located in Louisville, Kentucky.

She tends to focus on the concept of growth and decay and delegate to different themes such as time, rot, and germination. She tends to mesh macabre imagery with beautiful colors and imagery such as moths, mushrooms, and butterflies.
